On November 7, 2023, the Knowledge Management Unit organized the Basic Mobilegraphy Workshop Series 2 at the UMPSA Library Executive Lounge, Pekan, Pahang. The 1-day workshop is the 2nd series of workshops for the year 2023. The encouraging response from the participants of the 1st series has made it possible for the workshop to be held on November 7, 2023.

Once again, Mr. Noor Azhar was invited as a speaker for the 2nd series and most of the 13 participants this time consisted of academics, administrators and external participants.

Mr. Noor Azhar who is a Designer from the UMPSA Vice Chancellor's Office started the workshop by giving an introduction on his experience in the field of photography, the basics of photography as well as the latest technology in photography. He continued the workshop by explaining some topics such as how to recognize mobile phones, functions and specifications, themes, basics, composition, editing and some other important topics that need to be known to get the best results.

After the explanation session, the participants were given a task to practice what they had learned from the speaker. Participants were asked to take pictures in several situations and edit the pictures using their respective mobile phones.

As a result of the assignment, the three best photos were selected by Mr. Noor Azhar Abd. Rasid and they received a token of appreciation presented by Miss Amelia Hasan, Head of the Knowledge Management Unit, UMPSA Library.

The workshop ended at 4.40pm and hopefully the participants present at the workshop will be able to take advantage of all the knowledge and skills that have been shared by the speakers.
