The Vice Chancellor Quality Award (AKNC) goes to the Library
The Library bagged two awards at the Appreciation Ceremony in conjunction with Quality & Innovation Day 2020 on 28 August 2020 held at the University Sports Complex. It was a first victory for the Library, winning The Vice Chancellor's Quality Award (AKNC) 2020. In 2018 during the first AKNC participation the Library managed to receive the Merit award.
The AKNC evaluates and reviews the management quality as a whole in a department. It takes 4 years of planning and implementing according to the criteria set by the university. According to Puan Hajah Siti Aishah Ghani, as AKNC Coordinator and Head of Consumer Services Division, "success needs to be created and it is not the responsibility of some individuals or sections but it is the responsibility of all library workforce".
